Coffee Toffee Trifle

DSC_0169.jpg

Oh guys, this is a good one. This coffee toffee trifle has everything good that exists - coffee & chocolate. I think it’s a pretty dessert with minimal effort. I usually make it in a big trifle bowl, but I think little dessert cups would be great for a shower or other party. I may even try making them for one of our holiday parties this year. Also, I can’t ever make a trifle without thinking of Rachel’s meat trifle. Such a classic.

This far more delicious version has layers of brownie and a coffee flavored mousse, add in chopped heath bars and it is a rich and oh so delicious dessert.
